Let’s face it, we all are emotionally attached to our home. It holds our fondest memories. We express our personalities throughout the house with our favorite wall colors, window treatments, family pictures and furnishings. Selling our home requires us to “detach” and to highlight the features of the house itself. Trust me, it’s difficult, even for a Stager such as me. After 60 days on the market, I had no offers on my own house. I finally had to admit, I needed an outside source to help me see “outside of the box”.
